Lead Mechanical Field Engineer responsible for all aspects of Mechanical refurbishment and System start-up.  Support activities associated with rotation equipment, valves and dampers in support of construction completion of an 1180 MW PWR Nuclear Power Plant for which construction began over thirty years prior.  Responsibilities also included Supervision and direction of refurbishment activities for ABSCE and Unit1/Unit2 Mechanical interface components.

 

Shaw-Stone & Webster, Inc. - 2008 to 2009

Maintained Supervisor responsible for multi-disciplined maintenance and capital project oversight at an operating 1100 MW BWR Nuclear Power Plant.  Primary areas of responsibility included rotation equipment and motor refurbishment in support of long term preventative manintence schedules.  Also provided support as Multi-Discipline Maintenance Superintendent during refueling outage.

 

American Mechanical Contractors, Inc. - 2005 to 2008

Project General Superintendent responsible for safety, budget control, planning and scheduling, estimating, bidding, procurement, quality control, manpower, training, tools, equipment, and subcontract management in support of lump sum construction and supplemental maintenance work for  industrial and commercial clients. Disciplines of responsibility included both mechanical and civil.

 

SW&B Construction Corporation -2001 to 2005

Project General Superintendent responsible for safety, budget control, estimating, scheduling, manpower, procurement, subcontract management, inventory control, document control, design problem resolution and punch listing for the construction, start-up, turnover, supplemental maintenance and capital improvement of process and utility systems required to support and operate a 465,800 BTU, 1m250 PSI boiler and a 1,380 MDTPD fine while paper mill.

Maintenance Engineer responsible for supervision and direction of the Project Management Staff for structural engineering and detailed design projects.  Also responsible for performing duties as Project Manager for self-performed masonry and concrete pumping mill.

Maintenance Engineer responsible for mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance and repairs of production and facilities equipment and support systems, including process modifications and additions for a precision steel forging facility.
